What does it mean to surrender?

The last week looks like surrender to me.  My intention to do yoga every day was quickly challenged, and I failed when the kiddos and then I got all the sickies.  Today I stopped feeling guilty about not doing what I set out to do and just sat in meditation.  Sometimes surrender means to allow for healing.  I'll be surrendering until my body has recovered and I can restart my goal of yoga for 90 days.
